**Update** I had been building up tons of money with my fleet, and then when I signed into the game on my Xbox, ALL of that money (in the range of $143,000) was gone, as well as my entire fleet. Now, when I sign in to look at my fleet on either the app or game, I see the same thing. I have sent two messages to Ubisoft support now, with NO replies (even had to resend one because it was lost). ALL of my fleet, my progress with it, and the money I saved up is gone, yet my progress in the actual game and world map is still there.
So this has affected my saved game on the Xbox! I worked hard for that Man of War, damnit!
Until this is resolved, I am going to send complaints regularly.
I can also attest to a lot of the other complaints in these reviews, the game crashing, server being down, cant sign back in due to another instance of the app, still no push notifications (even though the companion for Unity has it), and Im still having issues getting it to connect to my xbox.
Im excited about this app, especially if push notifications are added, but it will not connect to my xbox one, so its pretty much useless.
If there were some support, faq, or something to at least give me a clue as to why, Id appreciate it.
I would give this app 5 stars, if I were able to use it.
